MARPO_MOBIL

MARPO_MOBIL is a mobile surveying system which is equipped with a DGPS or an RTK device and is used for large-scale bathymetric surveying – it can be used in both excavated and unexcavated areas. The DGPS receiver supplies positional data, while the echo sounder sensors record the associated depth data. The advantage: all the data is sent simultaneously via a radio link to the dredger and is continuously transferred to the MARPO_DGPS extraction control system. This means that the digital model of the terrain updates automatically; after using the MARPO_MOBIL system you have an update of your deposit or extraction area.
