We offer you everything from a single source: ranging from consulting to planning and completion, all the way through to after sales service. Our engineering firm relies on the all-in-one concept. We developed the majority of what we recommend to you ourselves, so we have the solutions to any potential questions. You’ll be convinced by our professionalism on site and we will show you that we can also help you online via remote maintenance at any time.
Remote service
It is SPE GmbH & Co. KG’s goal to provide you with reliable customer-oriented service that continues, even after the installation of the MARPO_DGPS extraction control system. With our remote services we are capable of helping you from anywhere in 90% of cases, without actually having to be on site. Once you have provided us with access, through a secure connection, we can check individual IT components on your dredger or commission them on your computer.
The advantages: it saves time and travel expenses and provides fast support for hardware and software, as well as professional online site operations monitoring. With these expanded communication options we are capable, at virtually any time, of helping you with maintenance and repair, installing updates, data configuration, making changes to controls, and providing administrative support.
Technical support & staff training
There is no technical problem we cannot solve in relation to our MARPO_DGPS extraction control system,. The fact that we developed and installed the system ourselves means we can provide you with assistance at any time.
If we cannot assist you via remote service we will provide you with reliable on-site assistance. We check all the hardware and software components and discuss potential error sources with you, so that they can be prevented in the future.
We also offer training for our MARPO_OFFICE and MARPO_DREDGER programmes and can provide your company with comprehensive instruction on the use of the operating system which our MARPO_DGPS extraction control system uses. We allot the time necessary to thoroughly explain every detail to you, until you are confident in using the programme.
